From Harrisburg, follow Route 15 North for approximately 65 miles. Exit onto Route 45 East. Follow Route 45 (also Market Street) to Water Street. The Museum building is located at the corner of Market and North Water Streets; tours begin in the adjacent Tour Center at 15 North Water Street.

From Interstate 80, take exit 210A and follow Route 15 South for approximately 7 miles. Turn left onto Route 45 East. Follow Route 45 (also Market Street) to Water Street. The Museum building is located at the corner of Market and North Water Streets; tours begin in the adjacent Tour Center at 15 North Water Street.

From Interstate I-180, take the Montandon/Lewisburg exit and turn onto Route 45 West. After crossing the Susquehanna River Bridge, turn right immediately onto North Water Street. The Museum building is located at the corner of Market (Route 45) and North Water Streets; tours begin in the adjacent Tour Center at 15 North Water Street.
